Trip to Poland (Kraków & Oświęcim)

Join us for three days in Poland! We'll visit the former capital of Galicia, the second largest city in Poland, the cultural capital of the country, the former seat of Polish kings and simply a charming place where you get to know the meaning of "central European" - Kraków. We'll spend two days wondering around the city, visiting the famous Wawel Castle, the Ryne Glówny (main square), the university district as well as the very well known former Jewish district Kazimierz with its unforgetable athmosphere.

In the evenings we will get to know some local students and we'll have a party with them!

On the second day you'll have the chance to go to either Wieliczka, a salt mine nearby, which is listed among the UNESCO heritage, or to visit the factory of Oskar Schindler, which has been transformed to a museum lately. Since Stephen Spielbergs famous movie The Schindler's list, everybody knows the name of this German indstrialist, who saved many lives of Jewish people during the Second world war.

On Sunday we will visit the concentration camp in Oświęcim (Auschwitz).
