Hiking trip to Bohemian Karst
Discover the beauty of Bohemian Karst - an area of limestone rocks, quarries and deep gulches. Join us on our hiking trip and enjoy beautiful autumn nature and views you wouldn't expect so close to Prague.

MEETING POINT 8.20 AM, Smíchovské nádraží (Metro B) at the cash counters
WHAT TO BRING good hiking shoes!!! (there will be a lot of hiking)
food (there won’t be restaurants on the way)
money (expected cost 200CZK)
WHAT TO EXPECT Hiking route of about 15km will lead through the area of Český Kras (southwest from Prague). We will start in VRÁŽ, visit SVATÝ JAN POD SKÁLOU, one of the most picturesque villages in Český Kras, then continue to the quarry museum SOLVAYOVY LOMY. Follows a long walk to the next quarry area – MALÁ and VELKÁ AMERIKA. On the way there we will yet pass the waterfalls BUBOVICKÉ VODOPÁDY.
